  4. I think you should prepare to accept Whole Genome data

    I had my whole genome sequenced over a year ago. I have discussed some findings with my doctor and had follow up tests done. I got a message from you to check out the "New" HealthVault, so I came to upload my genome/vcf file. The file sizes you accept are laughable to the point I thought I'd stepped back to the 90's. Wake up, Microsoft. Sorry to be this forward, but HealthVault is as old and dead as Microsoft Office.

  5. Instead of losing the band

    Look what it can do other wearables can not UV, actually detect pulse and data kept on the vault, what about Health Band instead of a fitness band. Being a student of biometrics I always compare it with my Dr.,s equipment and it is always acurate. Rather than making it a "me too" product marketing could have a whole new device because it has never been software that was the problem but the hardware that has been the problem. Let's say someone is having heart problem away from home, GPS would come in real handy notifing the desktop and EMS…

  6. Healthvault Insights for iOS not connecting to Healthvault

    Upon installing the 5/30/17 update to the iOS HealthVault Insights app the app would continually crash when trying to login to HealthVault. I deleted and reinstalled the app and now I receive an error when trying to login which states "Your HealthVault account is already associated with HealthVault. Please contact HealthVault support and try again". When I select try again I receive an error which states "Network error, something went wrong. Please check your network connection and try again". The network connection on my phone (iPhone 7 plus running iOS 10.3.2) which is running HealthVault Insights is fine, I have…

  7. This sucks. No matter what code provider gives doesn't work. No wonder. Who the hell thought up stupid codes this long anyway?!?! Lousy!

    Ridiculous amount of letters to input and wouldn't take mine, told me to call provider, provider says doesn't matter what code they give a patient your website is messed up and won't take it. Nice. Fire your webmaster and get a freakin brain.

    you can't update your email without deleting your entire person record. Bad practice to use email as a login. They change.

  10. this is so not helpful- lab results from 2013-2015 Please go back to the way the was! And please stop telling me I dont know my password!

    This website asks me to reset my password everytime i try to log in. And I'd like to see my current lab results - you have my results 2013-2015. I just had labwork done and received an email that they've been posted, yet they aren't there...

  11. Allergies

    This is so critical for doctor's making medical decisions. How can they be sure if there is no allergies are listed or maybe you did not enter them in. I put the word None in so the allergy category says None. In the left panel under Health History it shows I have one allergy. You should have an option to select None and have the Health History not display 1 looking like you do have an allergy. The word none in any field lets someone who might read your emergency card know you took the time to do this part.

    I tried entering my wife's info as an emergency contact. The site was telling me that this address, claudialeblanc4@gmail.com, is not a valid address. In what possible way is that not a valid address?

  15. First of all I didn't create this in my name! Someone else did! So maybe u should be a little more cautious with security

  18. Figure out how to make a great website by learning not to make your service hard to access. I had to reset my password again.

    I'm tired of resetting my password every time I access the account. I haven't seen anything on your website relevant to my health. I think your service is just to aggravate your customers.
